This may include in particular the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, referrer information, browser type, operating system and technical status information.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website as well as the detection and prevention of technical attacks and misuse.

Server and security data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required for these purposes unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate security interests require longer retention.

3. Internal website and usage statistics

LIVESTO uses its own server-side statistics functionality to analyse the use of the website and to improve the service technically and editorially.

Page views, technical events, timestamps and pseudonymised technical identifiers may be processed. Analysis takes place within the technical infrastructure used by LIVESTO.

According to the current configuration of the website, no external advertising or marketing tracking services such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are used for this purpose.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the analysis, technical optimisation and further development of our website. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for statistical, security or optimisation purposes.

4. Contact form and communication

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the personal data you provide in order to handle your enquiry.

This may include your name, company, email address, telephone number if voluntarily provided, the selected enquiry category and the content of your message.

Where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business or general enquiries are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the proper handling of communications addressed to us.

Information marked as mandatory is required so that we can properly process and respond to your enquiry. Without this information, it may not be possible to process your request.

Data is deleted once the respective enquiry has been fully processed unless statutory retention obligations, contractual requirements or legitimate interests, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, require continued retention.

5. Cookies and technically necessary functions

The website may use technically necessary session information or cookies where required for security functions, form protection, session management or other functions expressly requested by the user.

Where Section 25 TDDDG applies, storage of information on your device or access to information already stored on your device for strictly necessary functions is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG.

According to the current configuration of livesto.eu, no cookies are used for advertising or profiling purposes.

6. Recipients and technical service providers

Personal data may be transferred to technical service providers used by us where this is necessary for hosting, email communication, maintenance, backups, security or the technical operation of the website.

Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, they are engaged as processors in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Data is otherwise transferred to third parties only where required by law, another legal basis exists, the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

If personal data is transferred to recipients outside the European Union or European Economic Area, such transfer takes place only in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose.

Statutory commercial or tax retention obligations and statutory limitation periods may require longer storage. Once the relevant purpose has ceased to apply and applicable retention periods have expired, the data is deleted or anonymised.

10. Right to object

Where personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right under Art. 21 GDPR to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to such processing.

We will then no longer process the relevant data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
